The booking is valid only after you have received a booking confirmation from us by email. For bookings made late in the day, confirmation may take until the following day.

Check in
- Check-in is no later than 18:00 or by prior arrangement. (Check-in must be made before 18:00 unless otherwise is agreed.)
Cancellation policy:
- Room cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the booked date or the room cost will be charged.
- Changes to the number of persons booked must be made 24 hours before the booked date.
- All parties that book with us get a private room with its own shower and toilet. (However, some of the rooms have the shower and toilet just outside the room).
