LasseMaja Guiding

Named after the “first” guide on Marstrand, Lasse-Maja, we organize and conduct tours and lectures in his spirit. Both in Swedish and English. Usually we take us around the built-up part of Marstrand and tell about everything from Marstrand’s origins to where we are today via both war, herring fishing and social life. Facts, important dates and tall tales are woven together in a wonderful mix. Since the early 90s.

Since the beginning of the 90s, Putte Hedin has held his appreciated guided tours for both large and small groups along Marstrand’s historic streets and alleys. With great knowledge and empathy, he presents Marstrand’s unique history in both Swedish and English all year round.
