Included in the room reservation:

• Room rates include bed linen, towels and breakfast.
• For our hotel guests, free access to the fortress area and guided tours are also included during the period June 1-August 31 (at other times, guided tours must be arranged: 0303-611 67).
• As a resident of Soldathotellet, you have your own key to Carlsten's mighty fortress gate. All prices are including VAT and valid until 2025-12-31

Booking rules & Check-in:

• Bookings made via the booking form on the website are only valid after you have received a booking confirmation from us to your specified e-mail address.
  NOTE! In some email programs the confirmation may be marked as spam. Please check your spam folder if confirmation is not received.
• Check-in between 14.00-18.00 unless otherwise is agreed.
• The minimum age for check-in is 20 years (not applicable for accommodation with a parent or guardian)
• Booking of parties to Svensexa or Möhippa must be done in agreement with staff at Carlstens Soldathotell please notify this via or or telephone before booking on the website.

Cancellation policy for Single rooms (1-4 rooms):

• Room cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the booked date or the room cost will be charged.

Cancellation policy for group bookings (5 rooms or more):

• Cancellation of 5 rooms or more must be made at least 1 week before the booked date.
