Included in the room booking:
- Room rates include sheets, towels and breakfast.
- For our hotel guests, free access to the fortress area and guiding is also included during the period 1 June-31 August (other times, guidance must be pictured: 0303-611 67).
- As a resident of Soldathotellet, you have your own key to Carlsten's mighty fortress gate. All prices are including VAT and valid until 2025-12-31
Booking Rules & Check-in:
- Booking made via the booking form on the website is valid only after you have received a booking confirmation from us to your specified email address.
Note: This is not a good time In some e-mail programs, the confirmation can be marked as spam. Please check your spam folder if confirmation is not available. - Check-in takes place between 14:00-18:00 or by appointment. (Check-in between 14.00-18.00 unless otherwise agreed.)
- The minimum age for check-in is 20 years (not valid for accommodation accompanied by a guardian)
- Booking of company to Svensexa or Möhippa must be made in agreement with staff at Carlstens Soldathotell please let us know via or by phone before booking is made on the website.
Cancellation policy for Individual rooms (1-4 rooms):
- Room cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the booked date otherwise the room cost will be charged.
Cancellation policy for Group Bookings (5 rooms or more):
- Cancellation of 5 rooms or more must be made at least 1 week before the booked date.
